What is Ergo?

Ergo is a modern, indoor, cycle-specific training centre. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or you’re new to cycling, we guarantee you a fun, effective workout.

Ergo is unique in the Adelaide indoor cycle-training market. In our studio, unlike traditional spin bikes, each bike is linked to state-of-the-art computerised resistance units able to tailor workout intensity to match your personal fitness level. This environment results in highly effective, targeted training which is conveniently delivered in short timeframe. All you need to do is pedal and we’ll take care of the rest.

Realise your power

Cyclists and Triathletes, from beginners to the elite, train with power meters (small units that are available integrated into pedals, cranks, or hubs which measure a cyclist’s power output) to unlock their full potential. The most effective and quantifiable way of becoming stronger and faster on your bike, training with power is undoubtedly the most talked-about training tool in use today. It’s the next step for anyone looking to achieve peak performance.

The majority of professionals use stationary power training as an integral part of their training regime. Training in our indoor studio means you can focus on technique and specific training goals without having to worry about external factors such as weather, light, or traffic conditions.

Ergo Fitness is proud to be the first company in Adelaide to utilize this training method in a studio environment. Our personalised power-targeted programs are leading-edge, designed by world-renowned coaches.
