Ergo is unique in the Adelaide market, unlike your traditional spin class, each bike is linked to state of the art computerized resistance units able to tailor workout intensity to match your personal fitness level.

Getting started

Getting started at Ergo is easy. We offer a free introductory session for all new clients. During this session we will give you a tour of the facilities and equipment.

typically lasts 30-60 minutes, we will introduce you to 'Zwift' the primary workout software used in studio and determine your FTP. With this information we can ensure we tailor sessions to ensure maximum performance enhancement: a program that meets your individual fitness goals and makes best possible use of your valuable time. After that you will be ready for future sessions at Ergo!

If you already know your FTP then you're free to jump right in! We offer a range of different workout programs based on current activities and experience, we will be on hand throughout the session and can adjust the resistance at any time.

Our Studio

 

1. Real bikes
Real gears, real bikes, real bike position. Fit your own bike onto the trainers, or borrow one of our Adjustable bikes. No pretending!

 

2. Data rich
Real time training data is displayed on screen; a plethora of data is recorded every second and a workout file will be created and saved after each session. If you purchase ErgoPerformance credits you will receive an email detailing those results, we can even send the workout directly to your Strava or Training Peaks account!

 

3. Convenience
We’re centrally located – there’s plenty of parking and there are lots of sessions to choose from. Don’t forget, it’s always dry inside too.

 

4. Experienced coaches
Coaches able to answer any questions, offer advice, and ensure you get the best out of yourself.

 

5. World class equipment
